The
Lasallian Leadership Course is a two-year online
program designed to enable participants to
fully explore what it means to be an educator in a 21st
century Catholic school.
It has been created to meet the changing needs of our
mission. The Lasallian organisation is no longer one
in which Brothers are always at the frontline of its
schools. In fact, Brothers now comprise only two per
cent of our organisation. The Lasallian Leadership Course
allows those entrusted with leadership in our Catholic
schools to become the best they can be in the finest
Lasallian tradition.
Is this the course for you?
The course is best suited to key personnel in schools
such as staff in middle management positions. If you
are in a position of leadership, or aspiring to be,
you will find this program invaluable in enabling you
to derive the most from your work.
The course comprises two units of study with two semesters
for each unit taken per year.
Unit 1: Australian and New Zealand Catholic Education
in the Lasallian Tradition
Unit 2 : Social, Spiritual and Ethical Leadership in
the Lasallian Tradition
The course is accredited to provide the
equivalent of two units of a Masters' degree in Educational
Leadership.
