"GOD CARRIES US WHEN THE ROAD IS ROUGH...
This thought struck me because, like St. La Salle, whenever I feel hopeless and helpless, I always turn to the one who will never fail me: our Lord God. No one else can do this, no one but God.
The lockdown has brought everything to a standstill. Our school community, like the rest of the world, has to face many challenges. But we believe and live in hope and we need to stand up quickly and respond to the threat so that our students can continue their progress in terms of their learning outcomes. At La Salle High School Campus II, our administrative staff and faculty, with very limited resources, has developed many initiatives to respond to the COVID-19 challenge so that the delay in our academic schedule is minimised without impacting the studies of our students.
On behalf of La Salle Campus II School staff, I am happy to welcome everyone back to school to continue making an effort and achieving success, especially for our students. I understand the circumstances surrounding this chool year are not what we expected nor hoped for, but with the untiring efforts of staff and continued cooproatertion of the parents; we will ensure the success of learning and teaching. I look forward to a productive partnership with our school community to ensure that our children achieve their highest potential.
Our teachers understand that part of our children's success relies heavily on the support offered both at School and at home and realise that a strong partnership with the parents will make a greater difference in our children's education. I am certain that our common responsibility for our children's success will provide fruitful outcomes as the year progresses, no matter the challenges.
I am confident that all of us will work successfully through this pandemic and come out as a better and stronger society in the next few months. I wish you all good health and learning.
