ALL SOULS - MAY LASALLIAN SOULS RIP

The solemnity of All Souls is a day especially important to pray for the dearly departed and the bitterly missed.

The Church throughout the world recognises the dignity of all people and offers prayers for those who died with no one to pray for them.

The power of prayer assists souls being purified in preparation for the incomparable happiness of Heaven, as is enjoyed by the Saints.
"It is therefore a holy and wholesome thought to pray for the dead" (2 Macc 12:46)

Let us pray for all the departed, especially fellow Lasallians, friends, including the following:

Ellen McGovern

Connor Talbot Rossington

Frank Toohey AFSC

Feroza Riaz

Pancras Michael

November as a whole is set aside to pray for the dead and the De La Salle Brothers will also host a Remembrance Mass for deceased Brothers, affiliated members, benefactors and all Lasallians.

Start Time:   11:00am

Date:   Sunday 18th November 2018

Venue:   Oakhill College, Castle Hill
