On Wednesday, 19 September in Periods 1 and 2, Year 10 Food Technology completed the My Restaurant Rules cooking task.
This was a comprehensive task with many components that needed to be covered to create our restaurants.
The class split into groups and selected a cuisine to cook a 3-course meal for two chosen teachers.
The four cuisines chosen were American, Vietnamese, Italian and Thai.
As the time to prepare, cook and serve the meals was limited, a great deal of effort was required for the students to create great restaurants.
Although there were some small mishaps along the way, all the dishes were served on time and to the highest of standards.
