It's not about what it is, it's about what it can become. Dr Seuss
Like reading books by Dr Seuss, chairing a successful meeting can bring a smile to your face and to the faces of everyone present! This usually means careful preparation; inspiring in participants a commitment to, and understanding of, the organisation's values and mission; using time effectively; active participation and respectful interaction from everyone; productive decision-making and outcomes; and participants leaving the meeting with a sense of accomplishment and of being valued, part of a collegial, committed group.
