Ignatian First Spiritual Exercises Retreat

The First Spiritual Exercises Ministry warmly invites you to experience a reflective and quiet time receiving and sharing your experiences in praying the new FSE Field Hospital Exercises.

During three Mondays (via Zoom meeting), we will guide you through this gentle retreat which offers participants the deeper graces of tender love, hope, faith and inner peace in the Service of God.

The First Spiritual Exercises (FSE) are a series of prayer exercises created by St Ignatius of Loyola, offering guidance to those seeking deep inner peace and a more intimate relationship with our Creator.

Participants are guided through a contemplative prayer each Monday and then continue at home for most days in their own time with prepared prayer exercises.

Throughout the Retreat you will be invited to pray, be silent, do some journalling and then gather to listen and share your experiences with sacred listening and spiritual conversation.

Lead by experienced facilitators, Annmaree Sutton and Anita Davine, this is an ideal opportunity for reflection during these uncertain times.
