Lasallian induction for new Pakistani teachers

An induction program was organised by the Pakistan Mission Action Committee (PAKMAC) at La Salle High School & College FSD on April 14, 2018.The program introduced newly appointed teachers commencing work in Lasallian schools across Faisalabad to the life of St. John Baptist De La Salle and the Lasallian values.

Facilitating the induction program was Bro. Zohaib Gill, Bro Amir and Mr. Amir Shahzad. Bro. Zohaib kicked off the proceedings and provided an overview of the Lasallian Mission and its vibrant presence throughout the world. Mr. Amir Shahzad, shared the inspiring and touching life story of St. La Salle and highlighted the importance of being Lasallian Educators. A brief history of the Lasallian Mission and information about Lasallian institutions in Pakistan were also provided by Bro. Amir Raza.

It was a great opportunity for new staff to learn about the significant impact and contribution made with 'Lasallian Service through Education', throughout the world and in the Sector of Pakistan. The program offered insight into the concept of touching hearts, teaching minds and transforming the lives of the students entrusted to their care.
