Lasallian Mission Services' welcome new team members

A warm welcome to Sister Thi Nga Nguyen (Theresa) and Sister Thi Phuc Nguyen (Anna) who commenced working with us on Monday, 8 May, as members of the Lasallian Mission Services' team.

Both Vietnamese Sisters have undertaken English study classes and are looking forward to increasingly putting their newly acquired language skills into action by sharing the work of our mission. Julie, Amanda and I met with Theresa and Anna earlier this week, as part of the initial induction process which will continue upon their arrival on Monday. They are both excited about joining in the work which awaits them. Thanks are extended to Julie and Amanda for developing the initial role descriptions for both Sisters.

Anna will work closely with the Young Lasallian Team helping with school retreats and reflection day programs, as well as assisting with admin duties as a result of these programs.

Theresa's work will focus more on the administration requirements for the Young Lasallian team, as well as participation in some key youth ministry activities.

Please join me in warmly welcoming Sr Theresa and Anna.
