This Lasallian Reflection
is meant to be thoughtful and provoke a conversation - formal or informal - among the members of your faculty, staff, board, or even parents or students.
You may simply wish to send a copy - as appropriate - to your administration, faculty, or board members. My only suggestion is that you think about putting some "punch" into their consideration by perhaps using them at:
A faculty meeting (read out loud, then turn to a neighbor or two to answer a question you pose)
A leadership meeting (read beforehand & spend 15 minutes talking about how this applies or is lived out in your own specific context)
A board retreat or meeting (read beforehand or at the meeting and be ready with a question for the group, having them discuss it with a neighbor before doing so as a large group)
You are also free to use these reflections anywhere in your literature or communications (Newsletter, website, etc.) that you choose. Attribution is not required.
Besides being attached to an email such as this one, each of these reflections will also be on the LRC website
, and they will be placed on this LRC page
for future reference.
