We human beings need both structure and spontaneity, purposeful order and playful chaos. Balancing these in creative tension and in a way that suits our individual needs is part of everyone's adult experience, and we periodically need to recalibrate that balance. For most of us, now is certainly one of those times to recalibrate. Working, living, and playing usually happen in separate spaces for most of us, and yet now we are asked to do all of these from home. How to do so and not only survive, but thrive?
Director of Formation for Mission Amanda Proulx has developed a resource which poses questions and offers suggestions for personal reflection and action in response to the current physical distancing and isolation measures Lasallians around the world are experiencing. If it is helpful or if there is any feedback to share, she would be happy to hear it and can be contacted at amandaproulx@delasalle.org.au.
