The work of vocations is about helping people "heal the wounds of the past, deconstructing the irrational or little-argued ideas with which they approach the religious, and prioritizing involvement in the mission before addressing religious formation. In all cases, bring them closer to significant experiences of spirituality, fraternity, and service." From Circular 475 "From Hope to Commitment: Understanting Lasallian Vocations" p3, http://delasalle.me/475
We continue our vocation journey by praying about our prayer life and spiritual practices. Last month, we prayed that we be made more aware of the presence of God in our lives. Today, we pray for a growing desire to spend more time with God. We ask for the grace to realise that prayer is an essential part of our lives and that it can help us discover the purpose that God offers to us.
