In order to respond to the needs of the young people we serve, we need to continually experience Formation For Mission. As Lasallian Educators, we form ourselves by being grounded in:

• Who we are - Our ongoing shared story

• How we work with young people - Our deep and evolving pedagogy

• How we understand and sustain our work as a community - Our practical and inclusive spirituality

Our goal is to enable each of us to own our living heritage and to be active participants in the mission we share. 

Formation is a life-long journey for everyone, bringing together our unique personal stories and the communities to which we belong. It is about dialogue, mutuality, learning and growth. We develop personally and professionally and it happens “together and by association.” 

Through Formation For Mission, we continue to co-create vibrant expressions of our charism that make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.
